Meet the Director

     Tami Martin was hired as the director of the Crosslake Community School in July of 2008.  Mrs. Martin has worked as an elementary teacher in Bemidji, Minnesota, Raymondville, Texas, and most recently in the Chisago Lakes School District.  She has chaired various large district wide committees with an emphasis on staff development.

     Mrs. Martin is a native of Brainerd and graduated from BHS.  She is married to Kurt Martin the owner of Martin Communications in Brainerd.  She has a daughter Caitlin who lives in the Twin Cities and a son Mike, who will be attending Bemidji State University in the fall of 2008.  She has three step-daughters who live in Brainerd: Liz, Nicole, and Miranda.  She has three grand-daughters Mallory, Evelyn, and Madelynn.
